The Center for Agri-Fisheries and Biosystems Mechanization is the research, development and extension arm of the College of Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology, University of the Philippines Los Baños. For four decades, BIOMECH has contributed to the development of agricultural mechanization of the country in terms of academic-based research and development, manpower training and extension, policy advocacy and local manufacture of agricultural machinery for the Filipino farmers, extension workers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs and students.
